Accountability on EdibleWords is done through a system of peer review. There is, thus, no strictly enforced editorial policy. Other users of the site are free to critique, endorse, enhance what you publish.
That said, there may be very rare need for a site administrator to remove content. Almost always, that will be because of spam posting.
You can use anything you wish.
Your password is stored on the server in encrypted form. Not even the site administrators know your password. Some websites e-mail users their chosen password in plain text. This is insecure, and EdibleWords does not do this.
If you forget your password, we therefore cannot e-mail it to you. Instead, please go to the Request New Password page. Your password will be changed and a new (temporary) one sent to your registered e-mail address.
Visit the registration page. There's no charge, and it takes a matter of seconds. You will be e-mailed a password to the address you supply. After you login, you can change this password to anything you wish.
Please note one important requirement for EdibleWords. It is customary, on many websites, for people to register using pseudonyms, aliases, monikas etc.
To help us keep each other accountable, you are asked to register on EdibleWords using you real name, giving both Christian name and surname. (If you like using your other initials, obviously you can include those too.)

If you still cannot post, simply send an e-mail to the site administrators, who will assign the necessary permissions to your account.
